Lois Pope, Arthur H. Wilson and Jesse Brown establish the “Disabled Veterans’ Life Memorial Foundation, Inc.” (DVLMF) with the mission of raising the private funds needed to design, build and permanently maintain the American Disabled Veterans for Life Memorial in Washington D.C.
